More than a cooking class, discover a way of life.



Saturday classes start at 8:00 am at the harbor, where we shop for fresh seafood right from the boats.

Then we meet again at the Farmers Market.

You meet the best producers. You learn how to shop for top quality ingredients,
and how to use them to create delicious home-cooked meals.

Our hands-on cooking class is followed by a delicious shared feast.
You also discover the pleasure of making personal connections
with the men and women who are, quite literally, "Experts in their fields."

The deep satisfaction of a way of life where community feeds your senses and your soul
resonates long after we have left the table.
Class wraps up around 3:30 pm.
