COOKING CLASSES

What are we making? It depends on the season, and on what you want to learn and eat. You tell me when you would like to come and I create a custom menu for the class based on your interests. We start with meeting the producers, selecting the best seasonal ingredients and we explore together how to make them shine. Beyond recipes and techniques, I share an approach to cooking that is also an approach to life: open-minded, generous, eternally curious and playful.

  • Saturday Groups

This immersive experience starts with meeting the producers:  local fishermen at the harbor, farmers and
ranchers at Santa Barbara’s renowned Saturday Farmers Market. Our bounty gathered, we cook together and enjoy a seasonal feast paired with premium wines. I build the menu based on what you want to learn to cook and what you like to eat, so that you leave empowered to experiment and play in your own kitchen.

This hands-on class meets at 8:30 a.m. and ends around 3:00 pm.

Groups are limited to no more than 8 people per class. Cost per person: $275.

UPCOMING CLASSES: March 25th, April 8th, April 22nd.
