Our family orchard, PenrynOchardSpecialties, makes it possible to pair fruit right off the tree with my French grandfather’s recipes for truly outstanding small batch preserves. Freshly picked fruit jells naturally without the diluting effect of commercial pectin so the fruit's flavor takes center stage, with sugar as supporting actor.
