Meltingly tender Bartlett pears are poached in a medium density syrup made of vegan cane sugar and pure water, infused with fresh lemon verbena from my garden. Add the pears to yogurt or ice cream, and use the deliciously floral syrup in mixed drinks and cocktails. It makes for a fantastic Peartini. 32oz jar.
