Experience Hoshigaki, an ancient tradition from Japan.  Learn how to make it from whole, ripe Hachiya persimmons - peeled, hung, and massaged slowly - into a succulent delicacy that's a symbol of good luck and long life. Join me to learn, and bring your own Hoshigaki tradition home!
