Come join us at Toro Canyon Park on Sunday March 10th for for wild mushroom foraging under the guidance of renowned mycologist Doctor Bob Cummings, and uncover some of the mystery behind these fascinating fungi. WHEN: Sunday March 10th, 2024, 10:30 am to 2:30 pm
WHAT: We will go mushroom hunting in the park until 11:30, then Dr Cummings will identify our finds and share his deep knowledge of these fascinating fungi before we sit down to a deliciously informal mushroom themed lunch.

WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear close-toed shoes, long pants, long sleeves. Poison oak abounds in woodlands. We recommend you bring gloves to protect your hands while foraging. A basket and pocket knife are handy to collect mushrooms.
