Spanish Paella Party — Saturday, August 8th

For the August Edition of our Supper Series, we are making Paella.

When it comes to paella, purists don't put any seafood in the dish, just rabbit and chicken. Others throw everything in but the kitchen sink. We are going to take some liberties and include seafood because we live by the ocean, while remaining faithful to the spirit of the dish and trust me, it will be absolutely delicious.

Sevillano Olives

Heirloom tomato gazpacho

Watermelon and cucumber salad with crumbled sheep's milk feta

Deconstructed ajo blanco (White gazpacho)

Pan con tomate

Manchego & membrillo (quince paste)

Spanish flan for dessert
